New Tecno Spark Smartphones Coming Soon

Tecno Mobile is set to introduce new set of phones called Tecno Spark Smartphones and will eventually Kickstart the era of Tecno Spark Series just as we had the Camon series, W series, Boom, Phantom series as so on. The Tecno Spark Series are targeted at the youths.

Tecno Spark will be the first phone to debut in this Tecno phone series - the Spark series. Maybe they are responding to a similar adventure by Infinix as they introduced Infinix smart series, with the first in the series called Infinix Smart.

The smartphone may perhaps be the replacement of the boom series and will be packed with specifications profile that will appeal to the younger segment of smartphone buyers in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and other countries where the devices are expected to be shipped.

KEY FEATURES OF TECNO SPARK

• 13MP rear camera and 8MP front camera, with F/2 aperture.
• Fingerprint sensor
• 5.5 inches IPS display
• HiOS based on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

Meanwhile, Tecno is said to be aiming to be “the camera smartphone of choice” in all its markets.

Tecno Spark is expected to hit the market in mid-August and will likely launch in Kenya first.

EXPECTED PRICE

Wondering how much it will cost? Well, Tecno is yet to announce the official price but expected to be around Ksh 10,000 in Kenya (about NGN 35,000 in Nigeria or USD 96) for the standard version.
